Case consultation would be done using an individual and family system approach. Goals and outcomes from case consultations would include:

(1) Identification of problems;
(2) Delineating individual, family dynamics and patterns of interactions;
(3) Desired outcomes, changes and goals;
(4) Developing strategies, objectives and points of interventions, and;
(5) Providing methods of evaluating accomplishments for concurrent planning.

• Department of Health and Human Services Children's Bureau
• Illinois Department of Family and Children Services
